    Hey Guys

I was on the phone with 2fiftycc.com member MikeTP this morning, he put me onto a cracking website called Gear Commander. Basically its a database of gearing \sprockets for motorcycles, you can load your bike specifications up and see how it would perform if you increased or decreased sprocket size and its also provides theoretical speeds if the gearing was changed.

Mike was saying his ZXR250 has been re-geared using this site and he now cruises on 100 km per hour in top gear pulling  just under 7000 revs,  where as before he was closer to 8500 rpms.

    Check out http://www.gearingcommander.com/

    Cheers

    Chris

Iv started to play with the gearing on my bike with mixed feelings about which way I wont to go. At the moment im running 13t in the front and 48t rear which is fine quick take offs but no good if you're cruising in hwy speed all the time. The next combination im going to try is 15t front and 46t rear[IMG][IMG][IMG]
