    Thought I would say G'day.

Recently decided to "restore" my GT250X7's instead of selling them and got pointed this way from the SR500 forums.
And by restore I mean make one good bike out of two clapped out bikes, and make it a road race rather than trying to get back to original :D

Will start up a WIP thread in the projects section soon.

    Hey Fuzzball
First up welcome to the forum, good to see another X7 project come to life.
Mine has taken it seems forever to reach it final stage but perhaps that's the fun of it all.
You are lucky in having 2 bikes to start with, I would do the same if starting again.
Chris and I have restored an NSR 250 with 2 bikes and it made good sense.
If there is anything I can assist you with, feel free.
Good luck with it all, and again welcome on board.

    Thanks Phil.
Having two bikes to pick and choose the best parts from makes things easier. And cheaper.
If you know of any brake or suspension upgrades...  :D
Oh and have you got a build thread for that 250?
