    hey Chris

Where is the fuel coming out of ? do you mean in the air intake that feeds the airbox ?

Hmm, please do NOT start it, if there is fuel in your air box then its a fire risk and the air filter could ignite. This is really weird as the airbox is attached to the carbs but by my reckoning it cant flow back into the airbox as the trumpets are higher than the base of the airbox, plus there are are gaps between the trumpets and the airbox. I can only think its a leaking petcock or fuel line leaking on the airbox which is allowing fuel down there. Do your airbox still have the seal on the lip where the top and bottom join ?

Sorry I cant be more help, I have just sat an airbox on a set of carbies and I cant fathom how fuel can get into the airbox

Is it coming out of one carby or all of them?

Is it alot or just a little?

Does it stop with the petcock off?

    Hey Chris
Could you provide a photo, I'm struggling big time with this one. Reasoning, gravity would not allow fuel to flow from the trumpets. Also are all fuel lines connected correctly? Something doesn't gel.

Agreed, the airbox does sits higher than the carbs so the fuel leak must be coming from higher up.

    Hey Chris
Spoke to my mechanic today, mentioned your carb issue and that I couldn't understand what was going on.
He said to check needle and seat on your carbs, thought I'd pass that on.:thumb_ups:
