    Just to be sure I have emailed Saint-Gobain and I will persist until I get an answer. It is no trouble for me to store in refrigerator or whatever is required, but you would think that there would be reports all over the web, being that people love to spread their bad news.

    Yeah, you'd think so.
    I've had that yellow Tygon for about 6 year's, still feel's like new, i has some on my IT200 fuel cap vent for 5 year's too, only changed it recently for some blue stuff.
