1989 2KR FZR250 Odo: 11,850km Color: White Price: $3000 ono The bike is in a plain white, and is in great condition besides a small crack on one of the fairings. I had plans to do a checkered flag style down the side but never got around to it, but this gives you the opportunity to do some of your own designing. Last Rego date was in 2001, hasn't been ridin since then but I regulary start it once every two weeks and take it for a spin up and down the court. Its kept in my garage under a bike cover. Sold as is without Rego, or RWC, if you want to buy it with Rego I can arrange for Rego and I will pay for the RWC and any work that maybe required (Fork seals) with a depoist. I did a phone around quite a few wreckers a couple of months ago looking for some prices on parts. About half the places I called were able to get new tinted screens quickly made up for the FZR250 for $75-$120. I've lost the notes I jotted down but I think Gold Coast Motorcycle Wreckers (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://goldcoast.citysearch.com.au/E/V/GOLDC/0009/27/30/">http://goldcoast.citysearch.com.au/E/V/ ... 009/27/30/</a><!-- m -->) had one of the better deals. If you haven't done so already check with the wreckers around your area first and it might save you some shipping charges.
thats a nice bike i saw it on bike sales, was looking at that one if i couldn't get a decent one with original graphics. Has it put people off buying it cause it has plain fairings? is this still for sale? I'm needing a new one after what's just happened in this last night. lets say it involves, a friend, doing 110 in a 60 zone, some metal bar railings, and an fzr. I'll psot pics later today after i have some sleep/
ooeerr.. Im suprised you still want a bike, A friend of mine had some taxi mum in her 4wd pull out on him doing only 60k's and 6 months later he has recovered fully but isnt touching a bike again.
back from the hospital, friend's come out of it with a partially collapsed lung. Serves the fucker right. we jjust brought him back from the hospital then. 3 week old OGK helmet, and one FZR later, I've added the bill up to be about $3500. will postn pics when i get around to it, the bikes' still in the holding depot of the towing joint because i didn't have cash on me at the time, it's getting delivered later on today. so i'll post pics then.
