front fork oil

    i changed the fork seals on my mc19 (track bike) but guessed the amount of oil to put back in,anyone know the correct amount,im using a heavier wht  oil but its traveling to far under brakes,ive allready pre loaded the springs so i think it must be the qty of oil that needs attention

    I see they show the spring narrow pitch to the bottom, on all the earlier bikes it is at the top, times change.

    thanks for the pic cris it seems i had just over the qty that is recomended so i'll try pre loading it up a bit more,for normal riding its proberly ok but on a tight track under hard braking its compressing a bit to much anyway thanks for the info.
