So after an awesome ride last sunday the bike was running fine until i took it out that night and it suddenly lost all power and has a rattle in the EXUP valve. I have replaced the valve but it still has no bottom end power. Once it hits about 10000rpm it runs normal but undeer that it is running really bad. Can the cables have anything to do with it? What else could it be?

If there is anyone in brisbane who an come have a look that would be sick but if not all ideas will help.

    Thanks in advance, Slender

Your EXUP is stuck in the open position. You may have seized the servo, snapped the close cable, or something may simply have come adrift.

The valve itself rarely needs replacing; it's a fairly inert piece of metal. The rattling you hear is due to the carbon bushings being all hogged out and needing replacing.

mine had no low end power because i hadnt set the valve in the right place.
change its place with the cables.
