Entry forms can be filled in on Saturday morning when you arrive. Bikes are scrutineered before racing. Bikes don't need to be registered, just safe to run. Riders can get racing licence at entry time (doesn't matter if your road licence is tempory 'expired').
The old style open wheel car at 3.30 is one of my builds.

The @Grasshopper and I went ...... bike section was a non event ... 2 street bikes and a Harley drag bike

Cars etc were good though ..... Grasshopper took some pics so maybe he will post them

A well run event ..... pity its not better supported ..... very few spectators

Maybe a couple of FZRs screaming down the runway could be the go next year ....... :crazypilot:

Unusual to not have more bikes, maybe the rain made then stay at home.
The biggest meeting is the March meeting, so we have four months to get ourselves organised, hint, hint! :p

Attended to drags today in my role as a ANDRA steward. Small bike numbers and some interesting cars in with the street cars.

1966 Honda S600. Now fitted with 3lt Toyota 2JZ and massive turbo, modified powerglide auto, 9" diff, etc. He runs a 'soft' tune of ONLY 1,000hp at 26lbs of boost as there is not a lot of traction at Gunnedah.

It sure does, and it is a nice change to all the V8 bangers with open pipes.
It is a really well engineered car too, makes me smiles every time I see it. Runs low 8 sec and 168mph on the 1/4.

Keep in mind its a 1/8 mile and only qualifying today

First run was a 9.862 but had reaction time of 0.926 at 105.35Km/h
Second run was a 9.873 with reaction time of 0.527 at 115.77Km/h
Third run was a 10.010 with reaction time of 0.514 at 117.26Km/h

Did not get my fourth timeslip, someone else grabbed all the bike ones and walked off.

    Raced against a green ZX6 or Ninja 636 and then a Honda 2 stroke 250 or 500.

Will have video up shortly. Confident I can do better.
