Are you talking about the idle screw? I am not sure where it is on 3ln models, but on the 2kr model it is right in the middle of the engine block, just below the carbies. Should be able to reach in there with your hand (watch if bike is running thought and hot - can burn hand on engine as it is a tight fit)

    pilot air screw

The pilot air screws are usually under a little plug on the intake side of the venturi...you'll have to drill out that plug an take a screw and pull out the plug and there you will find the adjuster screw under there...be carefull drilling out the plug. And by the way ... don't tighten them at ALL when you turn it all the way in to count turns as you will break the taper on the screw. Turning the screw out richens and turning in leans the mixture
    Hope this helps
    Jim
