My understanding is that the KN-145 is the exact same filter, but it just covers all those OEM (i.e. 4X7-13440-00) part numbers. So you should be fine if you get that filter. (KN-145). Dont forget to rub some of the new oil around the filter to give it a good seal to the inlet. ALso you will need a little more oil than 2 litres because the filter will absorb around 200mL.
oil When changing oil with filter put in 2.2ltrs of top grade oil if you have had the engine open and cleaned out add 2.7ltrs as this is to factory specs.
