    Hey Shane

Welcome to the forum, had a quick look on-line, from what I can find you need a fuel pump with 1-4 psi. Just a word of warning, I had an old Across with an aftermarket fuel pump that kept fouling plugs, it did my head in, I finally replaced the fuel pump with a genuine Suzuki pump and it was fine.

Some good info from the CBR250.com forum re MC19 Fuel Pump issues  http://cbr250.com/forum/thread-2199.html

    thanks
    Chris

that's probably a bit too high pressure wise, 1-4 as said is about as high as you can go otherwise it'll force the needles open.

I have an aftermarket job i got from repco on the across that's working great. ill get the name and part number of it tomorrow for yah. It was quite expensive ($200~) but i did hear on all accounts the across/mc19 pumps are notoriously unreliable so i splashed out a bit  ;)

Tis a FuelFlo part number 015 or 915 (labels ripped)

    1.5L per minute
    2-3psi
    8mm OD hose fittings

The outlet is on the other side of the pump tho unlike the stock ones. And its a bit bigger so take that into account. Oh and the mounting tabs are different so youll probably have to make or kod the mount.

Should be able to find the invoice tommorow so i can give you the repco part number.

Had a problem with my fuel tap as well, on my MC22. Fuel seems to flow despite being on off reserve or on....
