hi guys im pretty sure i can hear my cam chain hitting my rocker cover at low rpm hoping someone can give me or link me to a detailed write up on how to replace them cheers in advance

im almost positive its the cam chain , the revs drop quiet slow and the noise is what i imagine the chain hitting the cover would sound like my biggest concern is making a mistake and causing more damage i have another engine so casings arent an issue , ill be replacing the rocker cover no doubt ill check out those threads thanks grey
if all the guides are in place, the chain can not hit the rocker cover unless it breaks. Mine rattles, as a stretched chain will, with worn guides. I've seen aftermarket Manual adjusters on ebay, listed for fzr 400 600 1000, but not certain if the will fit a 1HX engine. something to check on the 1WG tomorrow.
