Anyone know where to get hold of the flat washer-like rubber seals that seal the caliper halves? I've checked the parts list and they are not shown. <!-- s:Help: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_question.gif" alt=":Help:" title="Help" /><!-- s:Help: -->

Sounds like you are in a bind. Best I can offer is that you use the old gaskets and put some hydraulic sealing compound on the surfaces, allowing a day or two for it to cure properly, "Loctite" brand make a good hydraulic sealant.

Suzuki make/sell a seal that fits, it is part number 69107-34200 and works fine.

This guy used them to rebuild his RD500 calipers

We use it at work on high pressure (up to 20,000kpa) hydraulic systems that we maintain.
