    1991 Yamaha fzr250 3ln (and 2kr) right hand side of the bike silver engine cover that sticks through the main fairing and protects the magneto i think. there's a large short screw with a slot for a flat bladed screw driver near the top or the cover. whats this for?
    referring to the far right cover

    The screw you remove and you can then see the flywheel markings - useful for bringing crank to TDC.
