I've found a cheap set of carbs off an old C model.
Just wondering if I can use the seats from the C model on my A model?

If the two carbies are different in every way then it's pointless, but if it's only the main jets and needles that are different i'd probably get it for some bits.

    Thanks

As far as I know, only the jetting and needles are different. There may be more difference but there's only one way to find out. They should both be Keihin CVK30 carbs

What Linkin said is correct. I've run C carbs on an A engine. They worked okay. I even left the C main jets in.

Yeah sounds about right. That's interesting @Frankster , I could even swap the entire carburetor.
