So, the rubber on the foot shifter on my bike has disintegrated and I need a replacement. Where can I get a new one and how do I put it on?

Ebay has plenty from Asia. Look for other models that also use the same rubber. Find part number and google that.
To fit put some dishwashing liquid on end of shaft and push rubber on.
