Did i get ripped off? I trust my mechanic alot since everytime i send it in for minor things its been expertly done and usually next to nothing, new chain set me back $50 and didnt even charge me labour.

It would depend on what they did with the fork service. If it was pulled apart and new seals fitted etc and combined with the other things might be OK

    Engine oil $30
    Oil Filter $25
    Rear pads $30
    Fork oil $25

    That's $110 without labour

    Pad change 1/2 - 3/4 hour
    Oil & filter change 1/2
Fork removal, service and refit 2-3 hours

    Say 4 hours labour at $60/hour = $240

    My estimate - Total $350

    Hard to say..

Both Forks full service, new seals, oil, checked internals for me to see if they were ok (Been riding the left fork with a busted seal for a while.)
Cleaned out oil and replaced oil.
Pad change+full rear brake pull apart and clean.

Seriously, the fizzer has never felt so good, now all i need to do is give those carbies a good cleaning.

I guess you don't mind paying for something that gives the desired result, you would feel ripped off if it came back the same as it was before.
