Hi guys, if you remember I had a 250 basket case with "spaghetti" wiring everywhere... after many beers, 3 months parked under a tarp in the backyard and plenty of choice words... I took it for a ride today....!!!!! Everything working as it should, except... indicators... on left everything stays on solid, on right nothing works.... now I should be a qualified bike electrician after the sh!t I've dealt with, but this one I'm just over it... colours match, just looking for someone to help me over the line so I can put a plate on this thing... any way answers... While I'm at it... any standard pipes out there for a 90 model had250n...??? Thanks heaps to the boys on the forum for their support @kiffsta !! Attached Files:
are those indicators led's ? if so, the stock flasher unit wont work, LED's draw much less power that a conventional bulb and need a specific LED flasher unit
you can replace the flasher with an LED rated one, or put load resistors inline with the wires to the indicator , the flasher unit is much easier Supercheap have them but they are super exy, ebay has them under $10 http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/SCA-Motorcycle-Indicator-Flasher-LED/134578
