Hmm, seems that Suzuki have built a twin cyl 250cc Naked known as the GW250, Its made in China, but it may be renamed the  GSR250 for European and Australian markets.  The Suzuki GW250  is packed with a two-cylinder 250cc 4-stroke liquid-cooled engine, capable of generating 26 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and 4Nm (3.69 lb.ft.) of maximum torque at 7,000 rpm.

The GW250 could be the perfect chassis for reviving the GSX250R, if Suzuki decides to have a crack at a baby Gixxer. A GSX250 would be an awesome rival in the 250cc category going up against bikes like the Ninja 250R, or the Honda CBR250R.

    Game on

I wonder, will it find it's way down under??? Looks good to me, layout and riding position appear to be similar to the GSR from Suzuki. Many like the twin cylinder bikes as opposed to the singles, question of taste I suppose.
Twin pipes is a surprise as this would add weight, but I like the twin pipes myself. Guess we will just have to wait and see, time will tell.

Very nice bike. Tough stance but it definately needs a different tail on it. I woulkd put a tyga tail or something a bit sleeker on it. But over all a very schmik bike.

My 1st bike was an Across - pity Suzuki don't still make a 250/4 - high revs, but good for big guys like me and smooth/quiet for very civilized riding - of course I had to get a "real" bike, but everyone has to graduate via a 250.  The Iazuma is a good alternative i.e. small naked v sports bike - would like to know the kerb mass - 150kg?  I guess the GSX version will have full fairing like Ninja.  My partner wants a 250 bike so I was considering Ninja v CBR, but favour Suzis of course.

Not a bad looking bike at all it would make sense for Suzuki to bring it in if the price was right compared to the ninja or cbr. I would be happy to take it for a test run.
