Grey's 100% right there this is probably the most important thing to do before considering modding any of these bikes.

Anyway good luck mate post some pics when you get it. Keen to see.

Thanks mate, will do. That carb kit for the 32's, does it include everything needed to do one carb?

You'll need 1 kit for each carb so 4 kits in total. It has all of the mechanical parts you need but not all of the seals. You can pick up a seal kit from here for the regular carbs:

    http://www.litetek.co/Carb_Kit_Kawasaki_ZXR250.html

However I've no idea if the seals in the 32 carbies are any different? I would assume they would be the same in many parts but you'd need to talk to someone who has rebuild a CVK32 to know for sure.

It came with a few spare fairings. Fit the tail to my A Model, doesn't fit properly but from a far it looks cool lol. .

I have a question. I checked out my CDI unit on my one. It says B on it. Doesn't mean it's a B model R does it? ?

No unfortunately the CDI that says B is not from a B, it corresponds differently. It's most likely an A model CDI, my A model CDI says B as well on it. If you want to confirm the number may be 21119-1263.

Shame it's not a R.... can't bloody trust anyone these days such a shame.
