ok gents, i have lots of problems at the moment so reading the forums but not posting. my mother was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer 6 weeks ago and i am going to the hospital twice a day to feed her and do her clothes washing etc. she has been told nursing home so have to find a suitable one..secondly one of my lady friends son was killed in a car accident today.life is not wonderful but will post again when i have time or my mother passes away. best wishes to your projects and i hope to get back to mine. I nursed my Dad for 3 years many many years ago and of course you are always hoping for recovery , but when you know that cant happen, the next best thing is to know they are 'at peace' and the suffering has finished.

wow... Im only just now reading this... there are no words that i could type to try and understand what your going through mate... what i can do is say that the community is here for you mate, all need do is ask or even just vent... it wont fall on deaf ears.. cheers tim
