    If the bike is popping fuses you need to look at at the regulator and check the battery voltage when running the bike and revving it up. 13.6-13.8 volts is the sweet spot, any higher than that and you need a new regulator. Any less and you have some other electrical fault popping the fuse.

    My zeal would constantly pop the ignition fuse if the headlight was unplugged... then on my way to Sydney the battery died from overcharging (bulged and buckled) and all the bulbs on the bike popped, AND killed the tacho.
