I am in need of a 3 wire front blinker socket or the whole blinker.
The Honda parts book does not list the 94 and up 3 wire socket as a part.
Does anyone have spare to sell or know of an outlet for one?
Also, does anyone know what bulb is the replacement ?
    Thanks
    Chris

I have box full of blinkers. Can you post photo of what you want? What's wrong with it?

My 95 has 3 wires. Blinker, running and ground wires.
When I got the bike it only has 1 proper front blinker, left side.
So I really only need the 3 wire socket that the bulb goes into for the right front.
Rear blinkers are standard 2 wire.
    Thanks Chris

What is "running"? Do you mean hazard lights?

USA spec bikes tend to have the front indicators wired to be on all the time as "running" lights as well as the headlight.
They blink when you put the indicator on but otherwise are on all the time.

In this case, it looks like bike has dual-filament bulb similar to tail/stop light bulb. Dimmer filament is on fulltime as running-light. Which turns off and brighter filament is flashed for turn-signals

Sorry, I don't have spare indicator light like that. All ones I have uses larger BA15D bulbs.

How about the CBR 400? They look similar. Best to ask someone in Britain, there's heaps of 400s over there. Not sure about the 600, 750 or 900.

I expect that is from another model. The MC22 was only sold in Japan & Aus, as far as I know, so impossible to buy as OEM part for MC22.

The 3 wires on the blinker are the same colors as the 3 wires on the wiring harness so i believe it is for this bike.
In the parts manual there are different part #'s for the left and right front blinkers for RRL/RRN and RRR/RRR2.
For the front right RRL and RRN models show part #33400-KAZ-003
For the RRR and RRR2 models the part # is 33400-KAZ-780.
looks like i will have to find a 3 wire socket from another model. i will check on the 400.

Correct, there is a model (not absolutely sure if the Aussie delivered or not) with 3 wires, so you have the indicators steady on while not in use. But not easy to find though.

Then another Japanese model Honda should have a virtually identical part.

Problem solved. By checking on a local Honda dealers website parts lookup and looking at the "where used" for the bulb and socket part # i was able to see what other Honda's used that style socket. 98-00 Goldwing was the only bike in the US using the same socket with matching wire colors. i just have to cut the plug off and put proper connectors on it. Thank you to everyone for your input and help !

My wire harness has 3 wires going to each blinker. if i am correct the RR-R(95) and RR-R2(96 and up) all had running lights, which would be the 3rd wire. all the wire colors match as factory and the bulb i have is the one listed for these models.
Glad i got it figured out because the spare 2 wire rear blinkers would work as a running light but not as a blinker if i swap the wires. and the rear would blink a bit fast without the 3rd wire connected

Yeah, it's possible to connect 2-wire light to 3-wire harness using pair of diodes. I did this on my CBR600RR to get set of 2-wire mirror-lights to work in parallel with factory 3-wire turn-signals.
