    Looking good!

Bought a wheel mount from Supercheap Auto after getting credits for the ATV lift going on sale after I bought it. Gonna need that shed soon to keep all this stuff in!

Currently waiting in line to renew rego on Nix and my trailer. Going in person so I can use the credit I got for overpaying online.

3 months more rego on Nix so she'll be up for sale in February if the FZR400 is on the road by then!

Took a wire brush to the headers and have them a coat of rust converter and then a bit of engine enamel so they are now a nice looking black instead of covered in surface rust and used the left over paint on my fairings to cover up the scrapes from whoever dropped it.

Adjusted the air/fuel screws to 2 turns and really can't feel any difference to them being at 2 1/2.

Went for a bit of a ride and got the old girl up to a buck fiddy on some of the straights but wasn't confident in going any faster.

the a/f screws only control the pilot jets which run from idle till about 6k if it still idles good and drops to idle nice and fast without hanging leave them be, at 2 turns out it should be slightly more economical :)

Good point... I was over taken doing 110. The other guy would have been doing at least 200.

Didn't know that... I thought they went through the whole rev range. It was hanging a bit before but now it seems to start a lot easier when it's warm.

after 6k rpm it is just running on the main jet and needle so as the needle comes out of the jet it allows more fuel in, completely mechanical set up,

Ps i have had mine at an indicated $1.80.... downhill with a tailwind haha

I was on a flat and what felt like riding into the wind in 5th. Could have kept going but I didn't want to run out of road.

I want to get some practice in. Apparently there are markings for the test in car parks around Canberra so I'll have to go find them.
