good work grey, I stole my wifes Pyrex measuring jug which I use to measure and pour oil in, there were a few choice words when she saw it had relocated to the garage
Pyrex? ... man classy equipment ...... ! I have a plastic measuring jug thats set aside just for that sole purpose ...... with a few fork oil measurement levels marked on the side with texta.
I think its optional extra weight to keep the front from lifting during acceleration .... Actually I expected it to be a bolt from the fuel cap assembly (as the PO said he had replaced it ) when I heard the rattle ..... but going on that , Id say its the latch or something similar. And the airbox .... so EASY to get off and on compared to the poxy FZR setup. And thats all I have to say ......
Looking good. Between the hyo, fzr and zrx you will be able to put on a good display at the VJMC street show in September.
There should be a subclause for Korean stuff as it hasn't been around that long and has a shorter life lol. 5 years old is a 'classic' hahahaha
Nah ..... still a few jobs to complete .... waiting on parts also ..... front tyre needs to be fitted ..... then have to get a bluey Should make the next one
Man this bike is easy to work on .... After and before the caliper once over Compressing pistons Genuine Korean paddys
they don't get too hot - currently riding my mates 250 hyo 2010 efi (AKA "Death Trap") to work in heavy traffic. replaced his front rocker cover and did his forks, machined his rotors.. now i have a very long list of "issues" that need to be addressed before sale :/ including "FI" issues along with mangled steering head bearings and a savage rattle from his engines bottom end.... - did i mention this bike has 24,000km's on the clock?? but yeah heat is no issue with these two wheeled creatures. BTW he only wants $1500
I havnt ridden it in anger as yet .... but I would think it would have to run pretty 'cool' with that rather large oil cooler slung across the front.
