    Chain on rocker cover?
    Loose valve?
Exhaust headers (last time I took it to the shop it was making a grinding noise at 10k rpm.they took off headers and reassembled no more noise )

    What do you think ?

Hmmm that sounds bad....cam chain or maybe a little end, if it goes away when revs increase then Id say cam chain..

Lots going on there. The noise at 10k is cam chain or tensioner.

I would also suggest new header gaskets.

    Noise goes away at revs.
Also see how at very low idle the ticking goes and comes back?
It's driving me nuts. Wonder if it's safe to ride to the shop..dont trust myself doing a cam chain even though its probably easier than it looks hmm

I think cam chain. Get to shop and fixed asap.

The shop reckons its 100 percent the tensioner and the tensioner only (ambitious I know but let's hope that's the case. Ordered one in from kawasaki and will see how it goes

Sounds like they don't want the trouble of doing a cam chain. With the age of the bikes and how hard they are ridden, a new chain is a good investment.
