   Hi Guys any advise I have come across a guy with a neer compleat and running bike he is offering to sell me. It does run but needs resto . He has asked me to make a fair offer so does anyone have any idea that would be fair for the old guy ... I dont want to rip him off

   Hit Up gumtree and look for comps...remember the prices on gumtree are optimistic at best with a barter % added...
