Just had the first service on my Daelim VJF 250.

It's been absolutely flawless and still feels rock solid. I've just changed over to Penrite full synthetic 10W40 which has made the gearshift effortless. My commute includes about 90% highway riding between 95-110 Kph and my last fill was about 3.37 litres/100 Km (on BP Ultimate) which amazed me. Granted, I did ride for economy that week when not screaming down the Eastern, but even when you open the throttle, consumption doesn't rise much.

I can't say I've ridden a heap of bikes in my time but this one meets my needs as a commuter and then some. It also looks horn. That being said, a Ninja 650 looks good down the track!

    Cheers!

Look forward to hearing how these bikes go after a few thousand clicks and how they stand up.  the Hyosung's have held up reasonably well now.  These bikes look pretty fun.  Love to hear someone who has a lot of experience with many different bikes to see what they think as well.
