    Hi All,
Not much happening on this. Business is a lot quieter this time of year so have to mind the pennies. The cylinder that I ordered arrived, so I set to and hacked it up.

New Yamaha cylinder cost about 50 AUD

Now we have the makings of the first sleeve. I need to buy three more and the block needs to be milled to accept them. Of course they will be shortened, stepped and have clearance etc for the high temp epoxy, but that has to be done after the block is milled so dimensions match the block. I just wanted to get this done to see how accurately I could machine them on my lathe. Total runout is 3 microns.
