Although I don't read a lot of books since this one arrived I haven't been able to put it down for long.

I would like to recommend it to anyone with a motorcycle even if you don't want to get your hands dirty it is a very informative read and if you know a little about your bike you are less luckily to get ripped off.

For us who like to pull things apart (wether they need it or not) this book is a invaluable reference.

It is doesn't give you bike specific information but it dose cover all the different types of components used in motorcycles.

After reading the book I understand the workings of the bike and what regular maintenance to do. How to set up the bike to suit me and there is a trouble shooting section.

The electrical system and charging system is described in simple terms and how to test it which is good for people that are not confident with the electrical system.

It has a list of tools needed for each repair they describe so you don't get half way through and find you don't have a tool to finish the job.

I ordered it through Amazon and with the slowest (cheep) postage it arrived well before they said it was due and it was about half the price of getting it in oz

I think the book is well worth having a look at.
