Recently picked up this bike...doing all over maintenance... went a bit OCD and did a respray of the frame, tank and fairings!
Work done in the past 3 weeks...fork overhaul with new seals and dust covers...checked rear wheel bearings and caliper...rebuilt front caliper...resprayed front forks...checked throttle and choke cables...about ready to pull plugs and check as it seems to have a hot starting issue...few pics from the project.

Such a cool bike you have there. I always wanted an eighties Katana when I was young, 750 or 1100 of course, being a pimply faced teenager the 250 wouldn't do. It would now that I've matured (do blokes really ever?) and don't need to over compensate with HP.
