Bought a head from Australia, a cross head. Found out that my VC engine hangs in the frame from two points on the cylinder head and the Across does not have this feature. It also has slightly different exhaust port outlets, pipes won't fit, and the valves are smaller and shorter. So I am back to trying to find a VC head. If you can't find one, try a GSXR250 (GJ73A or GJ74A) head or a GSXF250F (Suzuki Across) head. The GSXR one will have better cams. The across head will need across carbs as they have 2x dual inlet carbs instead of 4 individuals. I'll have a search on the net for a bandit head when I get home

Any of those heads will work. Since my turbo intake and throttle valve are already fabrication, the Across head would require some modification. Any head with four intake ports would be fine, but not the variable cam type. Looking for a complete head, including valve gear and camshafts. There was one one on ebay that I tried to contact but he did not respond. Maybe you know who that might have been.
