Hey, thanks for clicking. I've read the detailed post about setting float heights. However either I'm just tired or can't say quite for sure whether I need to make the length of my float longer or shorter to get more fuel. I've attached a picture for more context. They're set to 13mm (I think).
Typically the floats are mounted to the top half of the carb and you measure the float height from the gasket face. By changing the float so that it sits further into the top half of the carb (smaller value float height) this will enable the float to float at a higher level and hence more fuel.
Thanks for the quick reply jmw, That makes sense, so the float fills less of the bowl, resulting in more room for fuel. I'll adjust those slightly. (Lifting the tab up)
