@Andych DHZ sell's a Zongshen 190cc 4V engine with 5 speed gearbox, the kit is made to fit Postie's, only cost's $1340 for the lot
It include's the new engine, CT110 conversion mount's, bash plate, carby kit, manifold and air filter, with clutch cable, and a wiring loom, new peg mount and exhaust
It give's you 25hp at the engine and only take's a few hour's to fit.

    https://www.dhz.com.au/buy/honda-postie-ct110-190-engine-conversion-kit/ZS190POSTIEO

The old 110 Postie engine will only need the valve clearance's done if it's got low comp, they go forever
They run the best with .003 thou intake clearance and .004 exhaust valve clearance and just need a 9mm ring spanner and a pair of plier's or a 4mm square drive bit

You two keep going at this and you'll be trying to shoehorn in a Dodge Viper V8 engine soon enough - lovin' the "MOAR POWA" theme, on a Postie Bike no less

So... after bagging out Australia Post I may have to eat my words.... I ordered and paid for my FZR600 front forks on Thursday...fully expecting them to arrive at best mid to late next week or the week after based on previous stuff and that they were coming from Adelaide.
I had a txt message this morning telling me they are going to be delivered today.. really??
I have checked my Aust Post app and they are shown as being scanned at Eastern Creek and are out for delivery... pretty impressed if that is the case.
Maybe its just Melbourne that is the problem.. Mexicans... maybe we should build a wall like the Orange man is doing :)

Maybe that is how Aust Post works up your way but delivery received here at about 2.30.
10 minutes after I took the FZR250 front forks off, in anticipation.
Quickly fitted them up and slipped in the wheel. Slightly different spacers needed to centralize the wheel but that’s OK.
It will definitely need the FZR600 discs.

Don't know if you need the disc. From the picture showing almost all of the pad on the disc. And it won't be short of stopping power.

The picture lies... the disc is about 7mm below the top of the disc. I will try to mark out where the pad sits on the disc tomorrow... just to get a better idea before I pull the trigger on new discs... plus the only reasonably priced ones are wave discs... or I buy a complete wheel and discs and clean them up.
