If ever it will be imported in Italy i'd do a good thought of it... hoping for a little better graphics ...

I'll be happy to just see one for sale in the local dealership. I wouldn't care if it was painted in primer grey and had a picture of Donald Trump on the tank!

I think about low fifties for hp would be more realistic than the 60 number that I have seen bandied about. Now I just need a Balius or a ZXR250 that I can shoehorn the engine into.

Maybe Kawasaki would be kind enough to make a Z250RS

Unfortunately it's a fake, saw it first on the exhaust. Muffler of the zx25r ends on the bottom. And as everybody knows, this were never over 18k 1/min ;)

Doesn't sound like something which is revving high enough before the limiter kicks in, more like a 600 getting ~13K - 14K tops, the low revs at takeoff are also a giveaway

Of course I could be completely wrong, but the 250's come alive well over 12K

Some guy on Reddit did a quick audio analysis.

Exhaust note is a D5, at 587 hz Divide by 4 for cylinders Multiply for 2 because it’s a 4 stroke Multiply by 60 to get from “per second” to revs “per minute” = 17500rpm when it bounces off the limiter.

Might sound better with an aftermarket exhaust.

Either is fine. Does anyone know when they'll start bringing them into Australia?

The reason I was looking at that is I wonder if they will be 'restricted' to appease the LAMs market or they will actually be a 'performance' bike

Seriously considering buying one of these in my wife's name in Thailand and bringing it here after a year as a personal import.

I don't see why they would be restricted. Provided they meet the power to weight ratio rules. I am sure Kawasaki would have considered this.

If that is 230kmh on that speedo then yes it has to be making 60hp or thereabouts. Damn impressive if correct.
This bike will completely obliterate all the twins and singles in the baby racing classes, if it is allowed to compete.
Can we also have the 400 now Mr Kawasaki. :)

That does look interesting and that drone footage of the bike on the track is simply sensational, wondering if they clobbered the driver in the head a few times with one of those shots to get it right

It will certainly upstage the baby racing classes if it can compete

My bad, it is only showing 162 kph in the video. Might be geared for the track.

Just going on the fact they have Rea and Lowes 'test' riding it for a promo , it has to have some decent HP and go go beans .... it surely wouldnt be a 'LAMs' or a fancy commute market bike ... more likely for the production race scene
