    You must unscrew:
    - the headers (4 pipes, 2 bolts each)
    - I believe there is a bolt right by the exup on the right hand side
    - 2 bolts (I think) holding the muffler onto the bike.

You can optionally remove the exup cables if you have them. If you remove them, then the exhaust is totally free. If you don't remove them then you can rotate the exhaust around.

I found most of the bolts, but I don't have exup on my bike, is there a bolt still there?

well if you loosen all the header bolts as koma said, then you've just got to remove the bolts which fix the can to the bike - should be two - one above the front of the can and the other underneath the bike below the brake lever.
If you don't have exup then you should be able to remove the whole thing.
If not, then undo whatever is holding it on!

2kr without exup, then you shouldn't need to take the exhaust off, you just have to bend over really low and look for piece of metal held by 3 bolts, unscrew it with the allen key. Then the filter, along with some of the dirty oil, will drop on to the ground.
