Hi Everyone Every owner of Spada know that the position is a little forwarding, that fine for younger person , while it help in extreme cornering , curve road at higher speed , for older people like me ( Sorry I am an old chap at 64 ) , looking at youtube or older spada sold in ebay or gumtree some of it had the handle bar mod by drilling two hole on to the fork clamp, while I want to keep it in original condition , just would like to ask if this mod will weaken the clamp, or unsafe to ride , and does it affect in the application for club register latter . That photo has a standard unmodified top tripple clamp, look's like someone has used a later or different tripple clamp off another bike that's compatible with the Spada's fork's ?
Hi Only curious if it weaken the tripple clamp , I want to keep it in original condition , now is winter time riding is about once per month .
