Help Honda CBR250rr 1992 wont start.

    Honda cbr250rr 1992
    My bike was left for about 6 months, I drained the fuel and replaced it, changed the spark plugs, pulled the carbies out and replaced all the jets. when I pour petrol through the air intake the bike fires up for a few seconds but when I put the tank back on nothing happens. I have checked to make sure fuel flows out from the tank to the carbies and that seems fine. I'm out of ideas.
