    Guess the previous owner's nationality...

100% certain that someone fiddled with this since the bike was delivered! I tried it in all directions, but nothing... no magic electron juice flowing

Back at the Fizzer Factory.. Grey was pretending to do some work...
    image(1).jpeg

I did oil and filter change on the Triumph, using the Delo 400..

    image.jpeg

    image(2).jpeg

Oil was black, but still had some viscosity. Sounds real sweet with the new oil in!

Regarding the coolant..... err... just red rusty water.... started flushing it all out.. new coolant to go in soon!

Cool... yeah Sapphire Blue, nice colour. I believe they only came in 2 or 3 colours between '99 and '02. Then they added a couple more colours... @paint-your-ride

    Time for an update:

    - Replaced the rear hydraulic brake switch and protection rubber with original triumph parts... around 50 bucks..
    - topped up the rear brake reservior which was very low...
    - Put new clutch and brake levers on (went aftermarket... looks great!)
    - After Grey took all the fairings off etc., cleaned most of the bike, took fairings home, cleaned/washed them all, and touched up with
    blue & re-fitted
    - Flushed all the coolant system several times, put some cheaper coolant in, and will flush again and put red stuff in later..

Gotcha, must have missed that posting. Bike looks impressive, feel certain you'll clock up many K's on the Triumph.

Nice mate. Got to love the sound and torque of the modern triumph triples. I had a Sprint ST 1050 years back when I lived in Perth. Great all rounder. Comfortable enough for touring but still sporty. Had a gel seat on mine which helped. Got 300-350 out of a tank. Great bike but I always preferred the look of the 955.

Yeah, thanks Guys... I'm definitely going to enjoy this bike when I'm on my full license... In the meantime I'll just have to tinker, polish and admire it.. and.. of course, zip around on the Fizzer!

did you try qbe?i use them and get a good deal, particularly if no points off licence in last 3 years and 3 months.
