    Hi all

We've flushed the cooling system on the Zeal and replaced with fresh coolant. I've been through the owner's manual and this site and I haven't found anything definitive: what's the correct process to bleed air out of the cooling system?

    Thanks!

Theres no specific bleed screw on the FZR so Im guessing the FZX will be the same

With the bike not running, and rad cap off just squeeze the lower large hoses a few times

Also on the FZR motor there are drain plugs for the block coolant so again Im guessing the FZX will have the same .... maybe just crack them till coolant flows

Top tip: don't forget to fill up the overflow bottle...
