Pinned FZR250 3LN Fuel System

    Heres a rundown on the fuel system and its layout.

    The pipes on the tank outlets and fuel tap/petcock have a 7mm diameter

    Fuel pump pipes have an 8.5mm diameter

    Carburetor T piece inlet has an 8.2mm diameter


    Fuel Filter Part# 1FK-24560

    Be wary of the diameter of the inlet and outlet

    Filter on the left is part# 4TV-24560 which has 10mm

    Filter on the right is 8.5mm and I assume this is a 1FK-24560

    Later type fits the 3LN1
    Has a different configuration but is more readily available
    Fuel tap internal o rings available from LiteTek as linked above
