You'll love it... I did. If you're only in surry hills we should catch up before I move out of Sydney. Keen for a ride down the national park this week?

Just went for a two-up blat up the M4 and back on the M7. 90K round trip. Bike went like a rocket! :crazypilot:
What a difference pulling away from the lights...No more screaming revs and slipping clutch.
Ticks over at about 2k...Could do with a little less maybe.
The float levels aren't set to an even level yet but the new float jets and viton seats mean a lot less juice so no more flooding at low revs.
Used a cut up pair of stockings and cable ties instead of the one way filters that ere breaking up and ending up in the diaphragm housing.

Thanks for all the input, ideas and previous research...Couldn't have done it without 2fifty crew...Or Electric Stu :D

Just as an aside...I now have a spare set of 3LN 1 carbs. Came from a bike in WA.
Just wondering if anyone would be interested in them as they are, or as we are set up, as a refurbished set with Viton rubbers and new brass parts from Motorcycle Warehouse.

$250 as they are or refurbished negotiable

    So good now!
Very happy with the result. Definitely carb issues to begin with.

    For sound alone YES!
All those Ninjas sound like they are being throttled.
I doubt they could keep up with the sheer acceleration from the rev range available.

Mine had been sitting for >5yrs before purchase - put the seal reco into the oil (max going to valve stem seals by dropping into rocker cover screwholes when hot). Coupla rides, and I've saved 16 by ~$19 of fiddly replacements.
