The Chief and the rest of Team 2fiftycc today at TDRA meeting in Gunnedah. I think the yellow CBR is Pete's new purpose built drag bike, which he might be racing for the first time. Pete weighs less than Linkin, so it should be pretty quick. I'm sure the Chief and @Murdo will post some more pics and elapsed times & speeds when time allows. Good luck tomorrow Team.

Sunday Morning update from @Murdo ...

    CBR's ready to rumble.

    IMG_0665.JPG

Pete's yellow CBR running well and Murdo consistent as usual.

    20220320 Quali 01.JPG

The Chief was plagued with Carb issues all day yesterday and he's hard at work trying to get the FZR running right. At least he's not bored!

Good weekend, nice weather and good company (we missed you Frankster).
Saturdays runs were a bit varied but mostly good. Sunday I tried to get my 60ft time down and ended up with a big wheelstand (knocking my nuts into the tank when came down again) and a sideways slide so went back to my normal routine.
I went through to the finals by my opposition beating themselves (red lights) and lined up against the old bloke on his Hogley. Bit asleep at the lights ( I hate people talking to me when I'm concertrating) but got a good start only to be beaten by .001 second at the end. Brought home the runner up trophy to uphold the 2fiftycc honour.

First of all, congrats @Murdo on your runner-up and upholding the honour of Team 2fiftycc. Tell Pete, his bike looks great. I'm guessing you painted it? I'm sorry I couldn't make it. My friend did test positive for Covid, but my first PCR test came back negative. I'm sweating on the second test, as I will miss the VJMC Rally if I have it.

Nice setup team. The Murdomobile and the chief's Leyland Brothers setup looks great. Looking forward to the May meeting.

Chief, congrats on getting there and sticking with it through all the ups and downs. Great job with the video too. I noticed in the first video you took your time getting back to the bike camp; did you take the scenic route? (I know the answer, so no need to reply). The only question left to answer is ZXR or FZR in May?

    Good work team.

Nah thats just a basic one
    I want a 50% bike hauler (especially with a decent ramp) and 50% "sleeper/camper"

This is probably overkill but it would do
