Launceston has a great motor museum for both bikes and car enthusiasts; The National Automotive Museum of Tasmania. https://namt.com.au/ I was recently in Launceston and noticed that there was a ‘Classic Motorcycle Show’ in the museum car park. The weather was very ordinary, so not a big roll up early on, but maybe a few more showed up as the day unfolded. Here are a few of the bikes present when I was there. The BMW sidecar bike was at the recent Longford Motorama event in the VJMC stand. The front end of this bike was 'interesting'. It had an offset disk rotor, but the offset meant that the fork leg had to be ground down so the rotor wouldn't rub against it. There wasn't much room even after the fork had been 'modified'. Sorry I didn't take a better pic of the front wheel/rotor area.
The National Automobile Museum of Tasmania (https://namt.com.au/) had a Classic Motorcycle Show on Sunday. Weather was crap, so I didn't venture into town. I did see a few pics online and this Cagiva seemed like a lovely piece. I think you can see a few more pics on the VJMC Facebook page (even if you don't have an active FB account). https://www.facebook.com/groups/637055837206061/
