I have most of the choke plunger caps for all models available again and now they are made from HNBR which weathers much better than NBR.

Also for kits that have loads of parts, like FZR250's, I have split the kits into 3 types, A, B & C. The B kit is all the parts between the carbs but excludes the throttle shaft parts which now go into the C kit. This will help to keep costs down for customers. It will take me a little while to make all the changes on the site.
    Cheers
    Blair

Customers buying 'B' kits will now receive 3 stainless steel button head cap screws at no extra charge. These are used for the synch adjustment. They are 0.5mm pitch so very difficult to find.

Can also be bought separately but not cheap. 100 Thai Baht for the 3.
Then you can use a 2.5mm hex key screwdriver when you are synching your carbs.

I have done some choke plunger seals for Mikuni carbs. Here is one fitted. Will be included in the appropriate kits soon. Not a job that I would recomended for newbies.

Just curious, isn't that for the Aprilia RS250 too? They share the same engine.
