That is a 2KR sprocket. Floating mount type.

I expect my drawing to arrive from the factory next week for final confirmation.
After that they go into production so 'fat' sprockets available soon. :)

Can somebody measure the diameter of the tab washer please. There is no need for the shoulder to be as wide as the original part since there is no need for the two threaded holes. It is just extra weight for nothing.
    cheers

I have to wait until I pay the bill, so I don't put my foot in it like I usually do, but they will be a very good price with my usual free shipping, at least that is the plan. :)

One stop shop for all your Fizzers trouble maker replacement parts!

Hope it works out well, puts some more coin in your pocket, gets us an elusive product that no one knows about until they need it, and solves this damn thing.

Now I may be pushing the friendship too far, but is there a possibility of having different sprocket sizes down the line??

I don't think so. Too much capital involved. Just fit a different rear sprocket to get the gearing that you want.

Actually to get the gearing I want I NEED a different front sprocket. I'm all put of teeth on the rear to achieve the RPM required for a Queensland to Phillip island trip. Don't want to be screaming at 9500 for the whole way......

?? Sorry, you lost me. If you want to gear taller you can fit a smaller rear sprocket.

To get the gearing I want requires a 18/51 sprocket but 19 would make it easier.

    17/48 (2.82:1) is virtually identical to 18/51 (2.83:1)

That is a 520 sprocket not a 428 and it does not appear to be for a Zeal
The standard Zeal sprocket according the measurements given by HiveFleetAbyss has a thickness of
    12.5mm
It is also more expensive than my sprockets will be.
    cheers
    Blair
