Ok so pulled carbs apart today pretty varnished but one carb was missing end of mixture screw so my question is does it just locate in hole or does the fuel travel down that hole? I sprayed inox down and nothing out of it but on other carbs it does

Check the other 2 carbs and see if they are the same. I am not familiar with CBR250RR carbs at all though so I can't say. Check the other carbs & consult the service manual.

Guess where the tip is, try blowing it back out with a compressor

Just need to confirm if the broken piece is stuck in the hole first.

It is but other ones feel like blind holes but could be blocked had a oxy cleaning tip down holes but one with broken tip can see no hole

So found it not a straight through hole looks like either drill or compressed air if it doesn't wanna play I will burn them seeing as I can only pull off one carb the other 3 won't separate

Can you hold it upside down & poke around with a soft piece of wire, copper wire or maybe a few squirts of carby cleaner both ways. I wouldn't touch it with a drill while the tip is stuck in there.

Na mate tried all ways order set of pin vise and drills .3 they start at so I'm confident I can drill out if not we'll it's good for parts like diaphragm and what not and I'm gonna buy kiffsta spare set so I will give it a go lol
Big thing I can only split first carb of the bank and other 3 are well stuck

I'd be reluctant splitting them without having a new set of o rings for the fuel supply galleries that link the carbs together, if theyre that stuck the o rings are probably perished or will tear when you pull them apart.
Is there a common long bolt going through all the carb bodies or is it the linkage holding them together, I've had a set apart & seem to remember the same issue.
