Can anyone send me photos of what your airbox setup looks like and where all the hoses from the carbs go.

Ive got two lumpy hoses facing fork side and two lanky ones facing the rear. No idea where they go.

    Cheers

And the 2 long one's at the rear hook over clip's on the rear top of the airbox (fuel bowl vent's)
Will find a picture or 2 for you

Am I missing a part here? There are screw holes near the intake section

So is this how it’s supposed to be connected?

Yep that's it, except it's missing a plastic cover for the air intake.
Shouldn't make much of a difference, mine isn't fitted atm and it run's fine.

Do you have the 4x rubber boot's that go into the 4 hole's in the airbox, they sit in the airbox base, and when you fit the airbox into position they'll slide over the carby intake's and you do up the 4x clamp's
If they are hard and have shrunk you may want to replace them, they should seal off the airbox so you don't get any extra air in there

These are already on and the box just easily slots over them.

    They have shrunk then.
The BDST28's dont like unsteady airflow, or air leak's

The part number for new airbox boot's is 3LN-14453-00,
your Yamaha dealer should be able to order them in for you, think they're around $15ea

    Okay sweet cheers for that.

There’s also a hole under the airbox at the edge, is there supposed to be a hose or something connected to it?

    Yeah it's an airbox drain,
there should be a hose running back along the l/h side of the frame to a one way valve behind the fuel pump and another hose run's off the other side down through the r/h side of the swingarm next to the coolant overflow hose
You can see your's in the picture above, it's running almost horizontal to the bottom of the pic

The hole's in your frame where the airbox locating pin's sit each side should have rubber grommet's in them so the airbox doesn't move around too
You can just see the one on the right in my top picture

Have a look at my FZR250R thread, there's some more pic's
I sealed up the gap's from the boot's to my airbox with some urethane, seemed to help
But i eventually replaced them with new one's, i think the i/d of the shrunken one's was smaller than the new so wouldn't be ideal
