I really don’t know where I can find one for silly cheap and if a new one would even fit plus cleaned the carbs although I left out the choke lever so I might just reuse the old petcock and plug a spark plug in the hose to stop gas flow seems really agitating having to think about losing gas every time I wanna remove the tank tho

After I Cleaned the carbs didn’t take an assembly shot and how they looked clean

covered them in rags and left them unattached to the cylinder tubes didn’t wanna attach them thinking no fuel and valve to switch off gas from the tank anyway so I just placed them under and covered them in plastic in case of rain the cylinders look filthy I placed tissue and covered them with tape the bike cranked last time and gave a push forward must’ve been just sparks I got angry snarfed the valve and removed the petcock and now empty tank and didn’t wanna assemble all dirt from tank to carbs I dunno if I should tho to crank it on dirty fuel ideas?

Can you get a repair 'kit' with new rubbers?

    There’s a missing cylinder photo

Got the clean carbs and placed them after lots of shoving to the manifolds I added Vaseline that really helped getting metal into rubber

Installed 4 new shiny sparks the manual says ngk cr8’s these are ngk R
cr7 HSE dunno what difference it’ll make

The choke lever is busted had to pull it like manually and fiddled lots with the fuel levers to get them to fit the handles and grips are grimy I don’t have a start button took the side stand up and pulled the clutch and wired the two wires to get ignition not fun the right starter has the numbers 2 and 3 on the plug hose the space Isn’t really inviting to go around from side to side I just try and stick to the left side and I also placed bricks to make a little rear bike stand now I placed the air box on top of the carbs the old petcock started to drip so I was like ok let’s try and crank I put the bike stand up and pulled the clutch and the carbs sounded clean dunno if it was an air intake issue or fuel since the vacuum well made a Ricky noise when I put the bike on run this thing made me have fun with wheelies and twists and turns on the road random parks and faraway places I may have had some road rage tho towards traffic that don’t whatever that’s irrelevant and it made a strange noise like it was flushed with gas or something at least the starters ain’t burnt and I’m not sure about getting compression the bikes outside in the rain on trash residue that I keep cleaning after others it’s like someone’s eying the bike I got paranoid after my bicycle wheel got stabbed while I was watching the secret I feel like it would need protection from the elements I placed random plastic cutouts I tried turning over the wheel the chain was kind of rusty and messy the wires in my hand seemed to clink something now it’s outside and leaking fuel well the battery is well got me a cheap analog multimedia so till later

I’m having trouble finding a supplier of the right materials I got a battery that I checked of my list lots of aerosol spray cans from random places I felt I was getting ripped of with carb cleaners and I ended buying a dozen cheap bottles from the dollar shop that didn’t pay of I accidentally bought flash detergent and drenched the motor that really tired the wire casings it’s a nightmare having to walk and browse through neighborhoods and random places and asking around I asked around from neighbors they said they could help buying a new one they said they knew a place that has things from petcocks to fuel pumps and took a picture of the petcock it has e-12 written on it also asked garages to hardware stores they they give me random referrals or names unsure exactly where to go to to buy petcocks or repair kits financially its weird worrying what you’re investing in even when it comes to tools bought L shaped crossed levers for double what they’re worth I hate that was crossing my mind to meet up with someone from the internet and buy a random tank but then I might be adding nightmares to fitting to the frame [IMG]

Emptied out the gas from the tank and hosed down the surface of the motor under the carbs somehow didn’t take an after shot when it was shiny and clean noticed that the wire on the round block leads to the positive terminal on the battery

This always pissed me off always kept it thinking I might run into a new one that’s not priority to get the engine running tho

Wondered thoroughly about the cables and how they’re placed

The forks are defying time wondering what i really need to make the engine run the no start on the throttle is a hassle whenever you need to try and crank the motor the excess wiring I’ll either hide cover or remove whatever I don’t need

Felt happy that the carbs got their spring back disconnected the fuel hose from the carbs

Those are the old four I took them out of the hole kept them on the plug somehow forgot to place them back and the worst happened rain I put them back in anyway noticed they were larger all I’m doing is wondering if the whole reason the motor didn’t run was because of the sparks and to the shiny new ones what a waste of time money and cranking over

Definitely trying to find something Tried reattaching the old covers no rings tho and no valve underneath the tap when I wanted to get rags it put me on a trip on why the frikin f*** the housekeeper came into my room invasively gathering dirty rags and spreading them on clean bedsheets and giving me **** about cleanliness while she messed the whole clean sheets with dirty or old or stained ones she just literally overloaded the washer with useless junk I ended up sticking to wearing just the same pair of stained jeans fearing not having nothing to wear got her to iron them tho god knows why they were still wet plus they got a tear in them she added some stains makes me feel I need permission to use things around the house like a bucket or when I ate pasta for months to get a huge tomato sauce jar for the screws have her throw it away and give me crazy eyes about her having an all access pass to the house and watch her go into denial about what the hell it is she claims is work and having the hassle of being in a position to actually try and define to do’s and not to do’s made feel so weird and can’t be myself whatever made me feel remorse into revenge throwing scrap I threw away a 4 foot rod

Reattached the old petcock without its frame turned into a leaky mess placed the battery hooked the clean carbs back into the cylinder manifolds and changed where the fuel filter used to be hosed to the fuel pump I’m really anxious trying hard to get the motor purring without having to pay some frikin messy bill and having lots of trouble finding a replacement or just a source of where I can buy while checking the price tag since the economy went all fluctuated and I haven’t had any financial security with currency for a long time with cash I couldn’t order online since I don’t have a credit card or ID I just keep walking to hardware stores and eyeing garages and asking around that does put me on some mystic journey by foot tho thinking I can get the right something back for the ride placed the battery that I got it looked new and well tested 12.8 volts at first connected it like a few times got messy and I charged it at my neighbors dunno what he uses and how it works got sorta warpy after gotta thank him tho for for letting me borrow a long headed Phillips screwdriver although I dunno what happened with the carbs there were so many striped and stubborn screws I asked if he could help I took them all apart one by one and he did I wonder what screwdriver he’s got and where to find one for stripped JIIS screws kept walking around and got myself a screwdriver that ticks when you go the opposite direction hooked old nuts to the battery and they fit well at the hardware shop i asked for replacement screws for the aluminum float covers found some but they’re pointy at the tip wondered if I can just place a bolt underneath them and if that would make a difference to teeth of the carb or the seal of the back of the floats in case I’d have to unscrew them again this time I just twisted the stopped screws half a turn after finger tight untwisted them again and twisted them again to check play

They have the same number except for one odd one the teeth on the spark rod isn’t as shiny as the ngk r’s plus the place was closed so I couldn’t ask the tips are blue tho got 3 cr8e’s that’s all they had and got one b8tc since the length looks about right [IMG]
Also got a 302 oil filter I didn’t open up the Toyota filter since the numbers seemed way off[IMG][IMG]

It’s got 20 on it made me think I should’ve opened the Toyota one too
    [IMG]
Don’t have oil for a change I’ll go check if they’re open

I might just empty out the oil and try to save it in a somewhat open round bowl and use it to smother the chain and sprocket left a funnel last time I filled gas to the tank someone always messes with the bike was thinking hard about how to make it reliable and not having to pay hefty for cheap parts that usually cost you nothing major I didn’t even check on the bike today scared I wouldn’t amount to nothing good in the span of light that I get for a mere 3:30 hours I got some wrenches 8-14 a long headed Phillips screwdriver disconnected the battery no hose to the carbs a leaky petcock and the jug of oil I got yesterday and around two liters of fuel and wire wool +a bottle of wd40 don’t wanna have to wing it thinking I’m working so I might just leave the battery and just drain the oil and spray some [IMG]
