Helpiing a friend with his little tiger cub. Frame had been broken, welded with a stick welder and squashed with a crash bar clamp so needed a little help.

When I cut through it sprung apart by 15mm.

A new piece of tube with doublers inside to strengthen the joints and using various clamps and a rachet strap got in the right place for welding with the TIG.

Cleaned off the welds and with a thick coat of black paint will be as good as new.
